Smart Systems for Urban Planners, PT Operators and Users

To support decision making and to monitor the SUMP action plan it is necessary to collect, monitor and analyse numerous data sets. This measure involves the adoption of smart systems in the Municipality of Rethymno. The monitoring of real-time data as well as the assessment of the PT services and users’ satisfaction will help to tackle heavy traffic events affecting residents and tourists, also to regularly assess and improve the SUMP.
